氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)發生(sheng)器利(li)用氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)與其它氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體(ti)分子(zi)(zi)在(zai)分子(zi)(zi)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)中(zhong)的吸(xi)附能力差(cha)異,形成濃度差(cha)異的積累,在(zai)分子(zi)(zi)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)柱(zhu)末(mo)端(duan)產(chan)(chan)出(chu)高(gao)純度氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi),再(zai)利(li)用兩根(gen)分子(zi)(zi)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)柱(zhu),一(yi)根(gen)吸(xi)附的同時引(yin)出(chu)一(yi)部分產(chan)(chan)品氣(qi)(qi)(qi)為另一(yi)根(gen)解(jie)析,實現分子(zi)(zi)篩(shai)(shai)(shai)在(zai)線再(zai)生(sheng),整(zheng)體(ti)表現即為儀器持續輸出(chu)高(gao)純氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)。其原理(li)是將空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)作為原料,在(zai)經壓(ya)縮(suo)和(he)凈化后進(jin)入空氣(qi)(qi)(qi)緩沖(chong)罐,緩沖(chong)上(shang)游因壓(ya)力變(bian)化而引(yin)起的波(bo)動(dong),由下至上(shang)流經裝(zhuang)有CMS的吸(xi)附塔(ta),期間(jian)氧分子(zi)(zi)在(zai)CMS表面吸(xi)附,氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)從吸(xi)附塔(ta)上(shang)端(duan)流出(chu),進(jin)入氮(dan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)緩沖(chong)罐,一(yi)段時間(jian)后,吸(xi)附塔(ta)中(zhong)的CMS被吸(xi)附的氧氣(qi)(qi)(qi)飽和(he),需要進(jin)行再(zai)生(sheng),利(li)用停止(zhi)...
